Event Banners

Large banner for Barcamp Bangkok. (Can we reuse the one from last time) John suggest we need 5 large banners

Sponsor Banners

I suggest we get the canvas thing printed with the "Barcamp Bangkok thanks our sponsors.. " blurb, but without the sponsors logos. Then we can print the sponsors logos onto board and have them stuck onto the banner. This way both parts can be reused and we can accommodate last minute sponsors in future. For future events we would only need to print the new sponsors boards.

Laptop Stickers

Did some of these last time, do we want them. If so how many.

Not unless we have extra money leftover. Fun--but not necessary.

Neck lanyards / Name tags

(updated)31o5 is going to check about it and pay for it. My budget is 10k.

Thai Webmaster Association used 10cm x 15cm photos with a string to go around th neck. They looked good, they were easy to read and they are re-usable (important for a 2-day barcamp). Photo of name tag from Open Source CMS

The cost is around B3-B4; which is reasonable. I don't know if we can get the holes punched and string added as well or we have to have volunteers do it.

Name tags should have printed the URL of the barcamp website and the official "tags" for blogs and photos. Space for a person's name, company and 3-4 "tags" to show their interests.

Budget

Codegent will put 5K into the pot for printing what is the overall budget. 10k, 15k, 20k

Where is the rest of the money coming from. I need it as cash up front or cash at the event. I'm not invoicing someone.
