This site should coordinate the material list for tools we need for a nighttime hardware hacking workshop. Please feel free to edit the content and fill in comments. if you can get hold of anything useful, please bring it. This list is just a minimum setup we should have. We will have a bazaar, so you can sell your stuff as well.

• 10 Sets of Arduinos/Freeduinos.
• 10 Prototyping Breadboards with enough wires
• 50 LEDs
• enough Resistors and Capacitors
• 2x LCD Displays (parallel is okay, can hack to be serial as small project)
• 2x DOT matrix Displays
• 10x 7-segment LED display
• 4x Servos
• 5x IR receivers and some old IR Remotes
• 10x Shift registers
• 5x Potentiometers
• unlimited amounts of Button :)

not sure about soldering. we don't really need it i would say.

i will bring one dangershield with me, so for people who only wanna code there is enough on it to keep you busy for a while:)
