Is there a really cool place to hold Barcamp Bangkok 3 that we don't know about?

We have some good potential places already lined up, but is there one place, one totally AWESOME place that we don't know about?

What does that awesome place look like? It's someplace that can hold 500 or more barcampers, with 8 or more decent size rooms that have projectors, has great wifi available and has some really cool chillout spaces right outside the meeting rooms so people can meet, talk, have discussion and create whatever they want to. (Kind of like the garden at the first Barcamp Bangkok at Indus.) It should probably be someplace we can use for free, too.

What would be really great is if we can find an awesome place and we can use it for the next few Barcamps. It would be great if we could fnd one place and make that the place where we hold the next 4, 5, 10 Barcamps.
